About the assignment

Fujitsu is looking for an engaged and service-oriented 1st line support technician for their Service Desk in Östersund. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a varied support environment, where you are an important part of providing customers with the best possible service and technical assistance.

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in IT support, customer service, or BackOffice.
  • Very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English.
  • High communicative ability and good pedagogical skills.
  • Strong technical understanding and willingness to learn new things.
  • Very high service mindset and a professional approach.

Desirable
  • Driver's license
  • Experience or knowledge in:
    • Windows 10
    • Google Suite
    • Office365
    • Active Directory
    • Networking
    • Exchange
    • Customer service
    • iOS/Apple
    • Android OS

You will support both Swedish and English-speaking customers, so you need to be comfortable in both languages.



Meritorious knowledge

It is advantageous – but not a requirement – if you have experience in:

  • Service desk environments
  • Support for end users
  • Trade, service, or technology-related roles

Your tasks

As a support technician at Fujitsu, you will:

  • Provide support via phone, email, and other media.
  • Troubleshoot and guide users in a pedagogical, calm, and clear manner.
  • Create a safe and positive customer experience with every contact.
  • Handle a wide range of technical questions from end users.

You are responsible, driven, and have a genuine interest in technology. You thrive equally well in a team as well as working independently.



Working hours

The position involves shift work 24/7 according to a rotating schedule – days, evenings, nights, and weekends.



Other
  • Travel may occur in connection with training.
  • A reference report is requested at the interview.
  • Extended background checks and security clearance interviews will be conducted on the final candidate.
