Our client in Östersund is looking for several IT support technicians for their service desk. You will be part of a wonderful team where you work together to deliver world-class service.

As an IT support technician, you will work in first-line support helping users via phone and/or email with IT-related issues.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•    Manage user accounts in Active Directory
•    Administer services in Microsoft 365
•    Troubleshoot problems in a Windows environment
•    Support customer-specific applications
•    Receive and register cases in a case management system

We are looking for someone who:
•    Has a good technical understanding
•    Enjoys helping others and strives to provide a good customer experience
•    Is structured and has an easy time organizing your work, even in a fast-paced environment

Requirements
•    High school education in IT
•    Familiarity with technical tools/systems
•    Has a genuine interest in technology and providing support
•    Fluent in Swedish and English – both spoken and written

Meritorious
•    Driver's license

Background check
For this position, a background check will be conducted before employment. This means we will perform a credit check and request an extract from the criminal record, which must be without remarks.

Salary: Starting salary from 21,000 SEK/month, with the possibility of adjustment based on collective agreements and relevant experience.
