We are now looking for an engaged IT support technician for one of our clients. As a support technician, you will be an important part of ensuring a stable IT environment and providing first-class support to users.

Your main responsibilities:

• Manage incoming incidents and service requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Provide technical support remotely and on-site.
• Troubleshoot and resolve various IT-related issues.
• Contribute to improving routines and processes within support.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has high social competence and always focuses on good service, towards both customers and colleagues.
• Enjoys problem-solving and is solution-oriented.
• Can communicate well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Has good technical understanding and is a quick learner when it comes to new systems.

It is an advantage if you:

• Have relevant high school education or certification in IT.
• Have previous work experience as a support technician.
• Have knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Have knowledge and experience of Microsoft 365.
• Have knowledge of Active Directory.
• Have skills in Powershell.
