Östersund Parish is now looking for an IT Coordinator who wants to take overall responsibility for our local IT function and be an important part of the development.
Östersund Parish currently has about 65 employees. As of January 1, 2027, Östersund Parish will be formed. The parish will consist of the three congregations Häggenås Lit Kyrkås, Frösö Sunne Norderö, and Östersund, and we will then encompass about 98 employees, with you being one of the parish's important employees.
We are in a development phase where structure, security, and digital working methods are important parts of our continued business development.
About the position
As an IT Coordinator, you will be responsible for daily IT support for our employees and, to some extent, our elected representatives. You will work with overarching operational user support, management of computers and mobile phones, permissions, and system administration. The role is independent and broad, and you will function as the first line IT support for our employees. You will work both with daily support and with creating structure, routines, and secure management of our IT environments. You will coordinate work with the Church of Sweden's central IT support and external suppliers. You also have a special responsibility to support and drive GDPR issues related to our IT systems and contribute to the work on information security. In addition to IT, administrative handling of keys, alarms, and locking systems is included.

We are looking for someone who
Has experience in IT support or similar work and enjoys a role where you can combine technology, structure, and service. You are self-driven, responsible, and have good pedagogical skills. You are helpful and social.
- Post-secondary education in IT or equivalent experience.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
- Experience in permission administration.
- Understanding of GDPR and information security.
- Driver's license B.

Permanent employment 100%
6 months probationary period
Start date according to agreement
