Our client in Östersund is looking for several IT support technicians for their service desk. You will be part of a wonderful team where you work together to deliver world-class service.

Your responsibilities
As an IT support technician, you will work in first-line support helping users via phone and/or email with IT-related issues.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Managing user accounts in Active Directory
• Administering services in Microsoft 365
• Troubleshooting issues in a Windows environment
• Supporting customer-specific applications
• Receiving and registering cases in a case management system

Your profile
We are looking for someone who:
• Has a good technical understanding
• Enjoys helping others and strives to provide a good customer experience
• Is structured and has an easy time organizing your work, even in a fast-paced environment

Requirements
• Good knowledge of tools such as Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Teamviewer
• Practical experience in IT support and/or service desk
• High communicative and pedagogical ability
• Fluent in Swedish and English – both spoken and written

Meritorious
• Driver's license

For this position, a background check will be conducted before employment. This means we will perform a credit check and request an extract from the criminal record, which must be without remarks.

Salary: For this role, we apply a salary range of 21,300–24,000 SEK/month, depending on experience, competence, and collective agreement.
