About the position

As a technical customer service representative, your role is crucial for good customer experiences and successful service. You will receive incoming calls, emails, chats, and assist customers through engaged service and technical skills, creating well-tailored solutions for the customer's needs.

You will:
  • Receive incoming customer calls and meet the customer's needs with professionalism and commitment

  • Work administratively in various systems with tasks such as emails, chats, and case management

  • Offer tailored solutions to build valuable and long-term customer relationships

  • Work towards set goals and receive ongoing support and feedback from your leader

Previous experience in service or support is an advantage, but not a requirement - we provide you with the tools to succeed!

Requirements for the position
  • Fluent in Swedish in both spoken and written form

  • Good knowledge of English

  • Computer literate

  • Approved high school education

  • Start: By agreement - we are flexible with the start date.
