Swedac - We create a safer everyday life
Have you worked in an accredited organization before? If so, you may have an idea of what the role of an assessment leader entails. All accredited organizations receive regular visits from us; we possess expertise in supervision and quality assurance to ensure that the work at our clients is performed correctly. In the accreditation department, we conduct assessments of accredited organizations, such as authorities, laboratories, international corporations, and certification bodies. The work may also include other tasks within the department, such as responding to referrals or collaborating with other actors outside the authority.
Perform supervision work digitally or on-site with clients
As an assessment leader, you are a central part of the organization, as you are responsible for a part of the supervisory activities we conduct with our clients. We welcome you to an exciting, developing, and broad work role where you are sometimes part of a large team and at other times lead the supervision independently, depending on the client and area.
We work with long-term planning, and you may have many cases ongoing at the same time. The role involves a lot of administration related to supervision, and contact with clients and technical experts. With us, you will have competent colleagues, and together you are responsible for ensuring that our clients are assessed professionally. We utilize the opportunities of digitalization, which means that we conduct supervisions both remotely and on-site with clients. The positions involve travel with overnight stays, primarily within Sweden, but international travel may also occur.
Thorough introduction and training - we ensure that you perform top-class work
The role is new for everyone who starts with us, and therefore we are careful to ensure that you receive the training and guidance required. All to ensure you have enough knowledge to perform your work with the right competence.

We are looking for someone with a scientific or technical degree at the university level, preferably with some form of medical, chemical, or technical orientation. You should have a few years of work experience in a relevant field to understand the application of the requirements placed during our supervisions based on our clients' various operations and conditions.
Experience from an accredited organization is a plus. Laboratory experience in relevant areas is also meritorious. If you also have experience in GLP, quality work, inspection, or auditing, we see this as positive. It is important to us that you have the ambition to make a significant contribution to our society. A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement, and you should have good knowledge of both Swedish and English.
We place great importance on your personal qualities. As a person, we envision you as organized, structured, and enjoying administration. You are pedagogical in your way of communicating with relevant parties and are interested in meetings with other people. You have a good ability to lead others and work effectively even under time pressure. Working independently is not a problem for you, while you also appreciate being surrounded by competent colleagues and being part of a team.
At Swedac, we care about good employee relations. This means that you, as an employee, take responsibility for your work, contribute to development, and participate in good collaboration. Of course, you stand behind the government’s fundamental values.
