Stockholm – our capital city with millions of dreams, expectations, and ambitions

We work for everyone living here today and in the future. Now we are looking for you who want to think big, new, and differently with us – for the people of Stockholm.

Welcome to the commissioning unit for disability services for children, youth, and personal assistance

What characterizes us? We enjoy working and feel a strong commitment to our district, Järva.

The district has a young population with backgrounds from many different cultures, which we find both fun, challenging, and, not least, educational and meaningful.

The area consists of three units; the adult disability unit, the children, youth, and personal assistance disability unit, and the social psychiatry unit. The area is led by an area manager and three unit managers. Supporting the work are team leaders, administrators, contract officers, and contact secretaries. We have close collaboration between the units as well as with other units and actors, as we focus on the users. With us, you will have an important and meaningful assignment where you meet individuals with different types of needs who apply for support in their daily lives.

We have high ambitions and constantly want to develop and become even better at what we do! Therefore, we are now looking for a case officer for the children, youth, and assistance disability unit who thrives in a changing everyday life and can work under changing directives.

Welcome with your application!

A good approach towards both users and their relatives as well as other partners is something we consider essential.

A warm greeting from your future manager:

"Hello, my name is Alicia Karakezlidis Kastanas and I am your future manager. As a leader, I give ample room for taking personal responsibility and encourage new perspectives and ideas. I care about an open and innovative work climate where everyone contributes to driving the development of the operations forward."

Your qualifications and experience

  • Good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing.
  • Experience with the Paraplysystemet, DUR.

We are looking for someone who can work independently, is meticulous, and has good structure in their work. As a person, you are flexible and can easily adapt to changing circumstances. You have good collaboration skills and a respectful approach towards colleagues, users, relatives, and partners. We also see it as important that you actively contribute to a good working environment in the unit.

Your application

We are recruiting without a personal letter in this recruitment to strengthen focus on the competencies and experiences required for this role. In assessing your application, we will only consider your CV and a number of questions you will need to answer when applying for the position. We wish for you to respond concretely and succinctly to the questions, and that there is a clear connection between your answers and your CV.
