About Us

Folktandvården Nödinge is a cozy clinic with 7 treatment rooms. We have about 19 employees. We work in bright, beautiful premises close to nature and a 10-minute walk from Ale Torg. The clinic is open from 7 AM to 7 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays and from 7 AM to 3:20 PM on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

We have an engaged and innovative team with a strong desire to contribute to the organization and Folktandvården's goals. We welcome students from dental nurse training programs.

About the Job

As a clinic coordinator, you will be the clinic manager's management support and part of the clinic management, which means you will represent the employer. You will naturally support the clinic manager with integrity and loyalty in leading and developing the operations, as well as actively working towards achieving goals in accordance with the clinic contract and other governing documents.

Examples of Responsibilities:

• Manage staffing issues, appointment scheduling, and Heroma reporting.
• Be responsible for scheduling and managing absences.
• Provide active support to the clinic manager in change management, operations, personnel, and finances.
• Exercise daily leadership.
• Participate in the introduction and development of employees and students.
• Contribute to systematic work environment efforts.
• Support the development of the organization by actively participating in the clinic's improvement work.
• Support the implementation and follow-up of various projects and systems.
• Continue collaboration with nearby clinics to promote common goals.

Qualifications

We want you to have:

• Education as a dental nurse, dental hygienist, or other relevant education.
• Experience working within Folktandvården or similar healthcare organizations.
• Strong organizational skills and be structured.
• Good communication skills and the ability to express yourself clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
• Contribute to collaboration, cooperation, and a safe and developing work environment.
• Be a norm creator based on the organization's values.
• Ability to handle changing circumstances, new demands, and unexpected situations with a solution-oriented approach.

Interviews will be held on January 14, 2026, at the clinic.

Folktandvården conducts checks in the Police's suspicion and criminal record register before making a hiring decision.
