Education Developer with a Focus on Pedagogy and Technology

We are looking for someone who wants to combine pedagogy, technology, and creativity in a role where you can truly influence how people learn and work. Here, you will help shape educational programs, develop materials, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of our education team with four dedicated colleagues who together are responsible for developing, quality assuring, and driving our educational operations. Your mission is to create learning that truly works. We are in an exciting development phase where we are further developing our educational business, our working methods, and our digital pedagogy. This means you will be involved in creating new, improving existing content, and establishing structures that will last for a long time.

In this role, you will, among other things:

• Develop and design educational programs and materials for both internal teams and clients
• Create engaging e-learning, workshops, and digital training
• Conduct training in Agda PS for clients and internal users
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure that the content is accurate, up-to-date, and business-relevant
• Analyze needs, identify educational goals, and translate them into effective training initiatives
• Present at client events, customer days, and internal forums
• Be responsible for budgeting and planning in the education area

In short: you create learning that engages, simplifies, and provides security for our users.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are pedagogical, communicative, and curious. You love to see others succeed - and know how to explain even complex concepts in a simple and inspiring way. You think both structurally and creatively, enjoy collaborating, and are willing to test new ideas.

You not only explain how something should be done but also why.

We believe you have:

• Experience working with payroll systems, ERP systems, or similar platforms
• Worked with clients in an advisory or supportive role
• Experience in delivering presentations and communicating pedagogically

It is a plus if you have any of the following:

• Experience with the payroll system Agda PS
• Payroll training
• Sales experience
• Training in rhetoric or pedagogy
