About the job

We are looking for several experienced pension case officers for the department of general pension.

You have the ability to work with the entire benefit assignment based on the customer's needs. The content of the work will be shaped based on your experience, competence, and ability. This may include case handling, customer meetings, guidance, training, or other needs deemed appropriate and requested by the organization.

The position is located within the department of general pension with possible locations in Karlstad, Gävle, Visby, Halmstad, and Stockholm.

Your profile

You find it fun and challenging to work with case handling and/or customer meetings. To fit in the role and with us, it is important that you have a curious and solution-oriented approach to work. You have a pedagogical ability and can adapt it in different contexts. You can work independently, are structured and goal-oriented, and have a good ability to collaborate. You find it easy to create good relationships both internally and externally. You have very good communication skills and express yourself well in both speech and writing. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and suitability for the role.

We are looking for you who have:

• Experience with the operational parts of the general pension benefit, deep insurance competence, and a very good understanding of the Swedish Pensions Agency's systems.
• Current experience in case handling and/or customer meetings for the department of general pension.
• Very good knowledge of communicating in speech and writing in Swedish.

Good to know

The position is a special fixed-term part-time employment as needed during the period 2026-01-01 to 2026-04-30 with the possibility of extension.

The employment may be placed in a security class.
