Do you want to work with digital marketing in a fast-growing construction company with a strong brand?

We are now looking for a results-driven digital advertiser focused on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.

💼 About the role

You will be responsible for planning, creating, optimizing, and following up on our digital advertising campaigns.

Your goal is clear: generate high-quality leads for our projects.

You will work closely with management and have great freedom to test new ideas and strategies.

🔧 Your responsibilities

• Create and optimize campaigns in Meta Ads Manager
• 
  
• Create and optimize campaigns in Google Ads
• 
  
• A/B testing, audience analysis, and budget optimization
• 
  
• Track results in Google Analytics and report leads/customer value
• 
  
• Improve landing pages and conversion flows (together with our team)
• 
  
• Recommend strategies to increase visibility and lower cost per lead

🧩 We are looking for someone who

• Has documented experience in Meta and Google advertising
• 
  
• Understands lead generation and conversion optimization
• 
  
• Is analytical, self-driven, and creative all in one
• 
  
• Can write short persuasive texts and create visually appealing ads
• 
  
• Has knowledge of target audiences, tracking, pixel settings, and KPIs
• 
  
• Experience in the construction, craft, or service industry is a plus
