About Us

We are looking for someone with the right skills and attitude who wants to help drive and develop our operations in Uppsala. Today, we are a group of about 17 employees who work with ongoing contracting assignments and service projects both locally and in nearby areas. We have both public and municipal clients as well as clients in construction and industry.

As a project manager with us, you will drive and lead projects through all their phases. The work involves developing good relationships with our clients, managing projects profitably, and motivating and engaging project team members.

Responsibilities

• Working with tender processes and project planning
• New customer acquisition and maintaining/developing existing customer relationships
• Responsible for delivering and managing projects within established budget, timeline, and quality
• Follow-ups and reporting on project status
• Budget responsibility
• Leading others and workplace safety responsibility
• Staffing of projects

Your Experience and Skills

We want you to approach tasks in a solution-oriented manner and have the ability to structure, plan, organize, and document your projects.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant technical education and background
• Experience as a project manager or similar in service, contracting, or industry.
• The ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Category B driving license
• Good system and computer skills.

Meritorious

• Experience as a project manager or another supervisory role.
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Background as an electrician
• Experience in estimating small and medium-sized projects
• Knowledge of construction law
• Experience with estimating software such as Wikells
• Experience with Bluebeam
