As a Production Manager for the yard, you are responsible for the daily operations of the yard with a focus on handling, storage, and loading of S:t Eriks products. You ensure that the logistics flow operates efficiently, that products are handled correctly, and that the work environment is safe and organized. The role requires good planning skills, leadership, and a strong safety mindset.

You represent the company's values, follow and promote policies and guidelines – and contribute to creating a safe and secure corporate culture together with other employees. As the Production Manager for the yard, you are part of the local management team. 

Your responsibilities include:

• Driving improvement work within logistics, quality, delivery and work environment
• Optimizing resource use and ensuring efficient operations
• Being responsible for order and cleanliness in the yard as well as maintenance of machines and equipment
• Leading, organizing, and developing staff 
• Collaborating with production, transport, and customer service to ensure delivery precision
• Participating in and driving development and improvement work within the company
• Monitoring and reporting key performance indicators (e.g., inventory levels, damages, delivery precision)
• Maintaining and developing routines for effective and safe warehouse management

• You are attentive, communicative, and find it easy to collaborate with different functions and people
• You work systematically and have the ability to prioritize and plan effectively with a focus on work environment and safety

• You take responsibility and make informed decisions for the benefit of employees and the company
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written

Requirements:

• B driver's license 

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
