Responsibilities and Duties

As a project manager at Metacon, you are a key player in ensuring that projects are executed in a structured and efficient manner.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

• Plan, lead, and monitor projects to ensure that objectives for time, quality, and budget are met.
• Define project goals, scope, timelines, and resources in consultation with other stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project plans and follow up on progress through regular status meetings and reports.
• Lead project teams and ensure clear communication between different parties, including customers and suppliers.
• Identify and manage risks, changes in project scope, and any deviations from the timeline.
• Act as the primary contact point for the customer throughout the project's lifecycle.
• Ensure that all projects comply with safety standards, quality requirements, and contractual terms.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• After project completion, evaluate results and document lessons learned for future projects.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of the company's project processes and methods.

Profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as energy, mechanics, civil engineering, or process engineering.
• At least five years of experience leading projects in industry, energy, or a similar field.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of construction law related to building and construction projects.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, in complex projects.
• Knowledge of workplace safety, security, and quality standards.
• Valid driver's license (B).
• You speak and write well in both Swedish and English.
