About the role 

You will be responsible for our plumbing group, which primarily works with service, maintenance, and installations in existing properties. You will estimate jobs, write quotes, lead and distribute work within the group, and have financial responsibility for the group's assignments. You will work closely with installers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure that projects meet our quality, environmental, and workplace safety requirements. We operate from our office in Uppsala but work throughout Uppland, providing great variation and opportunities for development. We work with both companies and private individuals.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and follow up on plumbing and installation projects from start to finish

• Plan, lead, and distribute service assignments within plumbing

• Be responsible for timelines, resource allocation, finances, and customer relations

• Daily management of installers and resources on-site

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house personnel

• Ensure that workplace safety, quality, and environmental requirements are maintained according to our routines

• Participate in the development and improvement of the company's work processes

• Continuous reporting, documentation, and technical follow-up

• Customer contact

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in team leadership and/or project management in plumbing

• Has experience in the service/installation industry

• Holds the necessary professional certificates for the position

• Has a valid driver's license (B)

• Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written 

• Has good computer skills and experience with the Office suite. 

Relevant certifications for the industry (e.g., Lift Certificate, Hot Work, etc.) are advantageous.

A background check may be required as we are SUA-classified in several projects.
