As a project manager at CERTEGO in Uppsala, you will be a key person in our deliveries of small and large installations to our customers such as municipalities, housing companies, and commercial property owners. You will work closely with your colleagues to deliver high quality, meet deadlines, and ensure customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and leading our production projects from start to finish. This means creating project and time plans, resource planning together with team leaders and security technicians, as well as managing purchases and material flows. You will be the central contact person for the project and build good relationships with both customers and subcontractors throughout the execution. The role also includes taking technical and commercial responsibility for the projects, following up on finances and forecasts, leading project meetings, and ensuring that everything is executed according to agreements and delivery terms. You will also be responsible for invoicing, work environment assessments, and follow-up after project completion to ensure quality and continued customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, we would like you to have:

• Experience in the security industry and good competence in the field

• Previous experience in mechanical security

• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form

• Driving license B

• Swedish citizenship and a clean criminal record (as some projects are security classified)

As a person, you are structured, meticulous, and thrive in a fast-paced role. You find it easy to communicate with both customers and colleagues and care about building good relationships. You are positive, solution-oriented, and a clear team player.
