The role of project manager means that you have a central role in designing, driving, and coordinating projects from start to finish. You are responsible for the entire project planning and coordination, which involves planning, follow-up, and execution of projects in close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. You are the primary contact person for the client throughout the process and ensure that the project runs smoothly according to the timeline, budget, and set goals. You are also the administrator for BAS P/U in all projects and responsible for coordinating work environment and ensuring that work environment regulations are followed in the projects.

We are looking for someone with solid experience and expertise in electrical systems and/or construction, preferably with experience in the solar energy sector. You are structured, solution-oriented, and have the ability to organize and plan work efficiently. You also possess good leadership qualities and can create a positive work environment where the team thrives and performs at its best. With your administrative skills and high service orientation, you ensure that the workflow runs smoothly. Additionally, you have a strong ability to coordinate resources and create effective communication among project participants to drive the projects forward.

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role within the construction/electrical installation industry
• Post-secondary education in electrical engineering/technology/project management or equivalent work experience.
• Training and experience as BAS-P and at least 1 year of experience as BAS-U
• Knowledge of electrical safety, current laws, and regulations in the field
• Experience and training that meets the requirements for the level “General training on scaffolding”
• Driver's license B
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Basic knowledge of English in speech and writing

• Experience in the solar energy sector
• Experience in leadership
• BAM training
