About TF Montage

TF Montage is a relatively new company focused on the installation and assembly of comfort cooling. TF Montage is a subsidiary of Teknisk Fastighetsservice, which is a Northern Sweden-based company that manages maintenance and development of properties for clients who are property owners and users within industrial, public, and commercial sectors. The company operates in service and preventive maintenance within property technical installations for ventilation, heating, cooling, electricity, and automation. The business is located in Northern Sweden with offices in 16 locations from Uppsala in the south to Luleå in the north, with the head office in Sundsvall. Teknisk Fastighetsservice is part of the Fenix Holding AB group, which has approximately 500 employees, of which about 250 are employed in TFS.

About the position

In the role of project manager, you will plan, lead, and allocate work within installation and assembly. It is a traveling position based at TF Montage with its starting point in Uppsala, which means you need to be comfortable traveling for work and managing projects in different locations. You will run projects in parallel and be responsible for the entire project process, from start and implementation to completion. As a project manager, you have overall responsibility for aspects such as budget and timeline, and you are the coordinating function that ensures the team delivers as planned. You will follow the project's development, coordinate activities, and proactively manage opportunities and risks. Furthermore, you will address customer inquiries regarding changes in the project based on received documentation such as drawings and descriptions, and calculate and establish material and labor costs.

Qualifications

· Relevant education or equivalent experience in installation, assembly, cooling, HVAC, or related technical fields

· Experience in project management and accustomed to managing multiple projects as well as working with financial tasks.

· Good computer skills and proficiency in the Office suite

· You need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

· A valid driver's license (B) is required
