As a Project Manager in Uppsalahem's New Production unit, you will be responsible for the implementation of our new production projects – from procurement to completion and handover. You will drive the projects through the entire design and implementation phase and ensure that the projects achieve their goals in a smart, efficient, and sustainable way.

The unit is undergoing ongoing change and development work, which means that working methods, processes, and priorities may evolve over time. Therefore, we are looking for someone who thrives in a changing environment and is eager to contribute to improvements!

You will be an important part of our New Production team, where we work together to deliver housing that meets both Uppsalahem's and society's needs. You will be responsible for creating good conditions in the projects by leading and collaborating with internal colleagues and external actors, such as consultants and contractors. You will report directly to the Head of New Production and actively contribute to developing sustainable and functional housing for the future.

Your main tasks:

• Overall responsibility for new production projects from procurement and design to construction and completion

• Plan, lead, and follow up projects based on the parameters of time, quality, cost, economy, and sustainability

• Develop overview economic calculations

• Participate in investigations and development work that contributes to higher quality in our property portfolio projects

• Report to steering groups and company management

You are meticulous, attentive, and feel confident in driving construction projects from procurement, design to completion. You enjoy working independently but also find it easy to collaborate in various forums and groups.

You have a structured, businesslike, and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to think innovatively and see things from different perspectives. You appreciate change and development, are flexible, and are happy to contribute ideas that improve processes and working methods. At the same time, you have a good understanding of both municipal processes, construction technical issues, and it is a plus if you have knowledge of LOU legislation.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A relevant academic degree in construction technology or equivalent

• Several years of experience in construction project management, preferably with a focus on climate

• Good technical knowledge in design and production

• Very good knowledge of PBL and BBR

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English with the ability to express yourself well in both speech and writing

• Driving license B
