About the position

At Trädgårdsanläggare Hallblom AB, we are now looking for a construction engineer for our operations in landscape and garden contracting. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO, project managers, and site managers and be an important part of our projects – from the early bidding phase to implementation and follow-up.

You will work with:

• Cost estimation and bidding
• Quantity take-off and analysis of tender documents
• Planning of resources, time, and costs
• Follow-up of project economics and production
• Support to project management in handling changes and documentation
• Collaboration with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Some project administration.

Our assignments vary and include everything from earthworks to cultural heritage environments, schools, residential areas, properties, and newly established outdoor environments.

About you

We are looking for someone with experience in contracting and who enjoys working in a structured and solution-oriented manner. You have a good understanding of the contracting process and an economic mindset in your daily work.

We prefer that you:

• Have a degree as a construction engineer, landscape architect, civil engineer, or equivalent
• Have experience in cost estimation and/or production within earthworks, construction, or green contracting
• Are meticulous, analytical, and self-driven
• Have good collaboration skills and communicate clearly
• Express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish
• Hold a valid driver's license (B)

Experience with AMA, AF parts, handling changes, and estimation systems is an advantage.

Employment type

Permanent position, full-time (40 hours/week)

We apply a 6-month probationary period.

Working hours

• Monday–Thursday: 06:45–16:15
• Friday: 06:45–13:15
