About Me:

I am a lively 30-year-old girl. I use a wheelchair due to a CP injury I sustained when I was born prematurely. Despite this, I speak fluently but need help with everything in daily life. I am now looking for a new star who wants to be my personal assistant. I live centrally in Mora.

I have many interests such as going to festivals, cruises, playing video games, sitting at the computer chatting with friends, or playing Sims. I also enjoy taking walks and being outdoors. My creativity is immense, and I am involved in both music and storytelling.

About You:

I am looking for someone who fits the following:

As a person, you are calm, stable, empathetic, and have a great deal of patience. It is important that you can be awake late in the evenings and also nights until 2 AM.

Requirements:

Female aged 25-45
Has a B driver's license
Can accompany on trips, including those lasting several days.

Staffing:

This position includes an extended (and compensated) staffing responsibility, which means that some weeks you must be available at times other than working hours to call in a substitute or step in and assist when intervention is required. This is Assistans i Balans's way of ensuring that our clients always have a familiar assistant by their side. The assignment is shared by all assistants working on a regular schedule.

All my assistants have an extended (and compensated) assignment in the form of staffing responsibility approximately every 6 weeks. This works very well and creates security and continuity in my life but also for you as an assistant.

About the Position:

You will work varied shifts (day/evening/night with sleeping on-call). Temporary employment at approximately 40% on a rolling schedule. Other hours may occur as it is part of the job to step in extra during acute vacancies.

Salary:

Agreement Fremia-Kommunal, individual salary setting. To be employed, you must present valid ID and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden.
