About the position

We need to strengthen the team with an additional physiotherapist to our unit, which currently consists of four occupational therapists and four physiotherapists.

The work is independent and flexible, where you plan and structure your day. You meet our patients and work with assessment, treatment, follow-up of interventions, as well as supervision and training of care staff. You prescribe aids and safety-enhancing technology. Our focus is on the patient and their well-being. The work also includes supervising students as needed.

You work in a team together with occupational therapists, but also with other professionals such as nurses, case managers, and care staff. You contribute to change and development and want to work with other professionals on continuous improvements to provide patients with the best health care.

The rehabilitation unit in Tidaholm municipality works with municipal operations within special accommodations, ordinary housing, short-term care/respite care, psychiatry, and disabilities.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with immediate start or by agreement.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist and want to help develop our rehabilitation unit in Tidaholm municipality.

You who apply have a holistic view and a good ability to analyze and reflect from different perspectives and can find solutions depending on needs and situations. Since the work is characterized by collaboration and variation, there are demands for good collaboration skills, flexibility, and responsibility, as well as the ability to work independently. As a person, you are calm and secure, both in yourself and in your ability to make your own decisions.

You are used to using a computer and phone as work tools and have experience in documentation. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.
