JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your work will include providing personal care, service in the form of cleaning, laundry, shopping, and escorting, as well as medical interventions delegated by a nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist.

In addition to the practical tasks, you will document and strive for good contact with relatives and other professionals involved in the client's care. You are expected to work independently and carry out interventions based on the wishes our clients express in their care plans.

You will work as a care contact for some clients. As a care contact, you will create care plans together with the client based on the assignment the client has received.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and service based on the client's individual needs
• Perform medical interventions on delegation or instruction from a nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist
• Work from a rehabilitative approach
• Document in the operational system

QUALIFICATIONS

Nursing assistant education (from high school or adult education) comprising 1500 points.

Certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare: Protected professional title nursing assistant.

A driving license B is a requirement for the position. Swedish driving license with category B manual transmission.
