JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In your role as a licensed nurse, you will work independently and have the ability to reprioritize in unforeseen events, such as interventions beyond the planned ones or in case of absence. You will collaborate in the multidisciplinary team together with nursing staff, team leaders, case managers, managers, and healthcare centers/hospitals.

To succeed in this role, you are a licensed nurse or specialist-trained nurse with the ability to work independently and in a team. Handle changes and independently prioritize your tasks in a group. You are driven by challenges and want to be part of our multidisciplinary teams.

We work with Life Care documentation and deviation systems, MCSS, Phoniro. We are producers in NPÖ, my plans, Senior Alert, BPSD, Palliative register, NVP, Visma, IA, Learnifier.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed district or nurse with a genuine interest in people.

• You have experience as a nurse and enjoy your professional role, and you are engaged and contribute to a good work climate.
• You have the ability to see the whole picture, have good collaboration and communication skills, and are independent with a high degree of flexibility.
• You have the ability to plan and structure your work independently and in the team.
• You take great personal responsibility and want to contribute to the development of the business.
• You are passionate about providing our elderly and younger care, security, and support and have the ability to guide and lead nursing staff within care and delegated interventions and tasks.

- You have good language skills in Swedish.

- A driving license (B) is required.

In addition to experience as a licensed nurse, previous experience in municipal health care is an advantage.

The extent of the position is 94% evening and possibly 6 percent during the day as we offer full-time employment.
