Do you want a socially important mission and are ready to take responsibility? Become a key player in a team that develops and manages the processes and systems behind the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's payment functions. Our mission is to ensure the security and efficiency of the disbursements of compensation and benefits made for the Swedish Social Insurance Agency and the Pension Authority. Each year, we make over 50 million disbursements amounting to approximately 600 billion SEK.
The Payment area is responsible for developing and managing the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's payment systems and business products in this area. We also negotiate the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's agreements for payment services and act as product owners, setting requirements against IT and external parties for services related to disbursements. Our unit consists of about 10 employees located in Stockholm and Östersund.
Development, analysis, and cross-functional teamwork
We are now looking for a business expert who wants to help design, develop, and manage our payment systems and business products, and drive the work in close collaboration with both core operations and IT. You will work across organizational boundaries within the agency and represent the area in external contacts. The work is carried out independently and in close collaboration with others in the group to ensure a holistic view of continuity and quality for the agency's payment flows. The tasks are both strategic and operational in nature, and you have a proactive responsibility to identify development needs in the area and translate these into concrete activities.
The position involves handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper management. Therefore, it is important that you, who will work with us, have a high security awareness.

We are looking for someone who
- has a degree from a university with a focus on economics, or equivalent experience
- has several years of experience in the development and management of larger systems
- is independent, structured, and analytical, and has an easy time collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders
- can quickly understand and analyze complex issues and problems, making sensible and rational assessments
- is quality-conscious and good at taking initiative
- has very good communication skills in both speech and writing, and can conduct presentations clearly and effectively.
- has excellent collaboration skills
- has the ability to take a step back and see the bigger picture.
It is meritorious if you
- have worked for several years in a government agency or larger organization
- have experience in setting requirements for larger mission-critical systems or payment flows
- have experience with contractual issues
- have knowledge of governmental accounting
- have experience with agile working methods.

Other
1 position, permanent, full-time, with start date according to agreement. A probationary period may be applicable.
