Working hours

This advertisement refers to two positions with working hours during the day and evening, with duty on 2 out of 5 weekends. We plan individual schedules that are adapted to the operations with a 10-week interval.

About us

The Infectious Diseases Department currently has 24 beds, and we work in three teams with one nurse and two nursing assistants in each team. We care for patients of all ages, from children to adults, with varying diagnoses covering all types of infectious diseases. All our patient rooms are single rooms with a sluice both into the department and out to the outside.

The department is an educational healthcare unit (UVE), which means we constantly strive to maintain a good learning environment for students. Mentoring nursing students and nursing assistants will therefore also be an important part of the job after you have been professionally active for a year as a nurse.

The operational area consists of, in addition to an infectious diseases department and infectious diseases clinic with needle exchange, an eye unit, a care hotel, and a dermatology/gynecology clinic. Our mission is to provide good and safe care to all our patients. Our work is characterized by quality, participation, and patient safety thinking. We work with continuous improvements to minimize unnecessary waiting and hassle. We want to get it right from the start.

Your profile

We are looking for a licensed nurse with a few years of experience who is interested in working with us. You have a positive attitude, the ability to work across boundaries, and are independent.

Great importance will be placed on personal suitability, such as good communication, teamwork, and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
