Our Operations

At the Imaging and Functional Medicine Center, Akademiska sjukhuset, we work with advanced MRI, CT, ultrasound, and conventional radiological diagnostics as well as advanced interventional diagnostics and treatment. The operations are conducted both on an emergency and planned basis, and we staff around the clock.

We currently have a staffing coordinator in place, but the demand is high from various departments at BFC. Therefore, we want to expand the role with another colleague to create even better structure and service.

Your Mission

We are now looking for an additional staffing coordinator with a positive attitude towards their mission. Your tasks will primarily consist of scheduling and planning the operations based on production needs in Heroma. A large part of the work involves coordination with department heads and the current staffing coordinator. You will have close collaboration with other professional categories within our operations. You will have significant direct contact with our employees by phone.

The mission is primarily directed towards the Central Radiology Department, but inquiries will also come from other units within BFC.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has previously worked with staffing, scheduling, and has good knowledge of Heroma. Experience in radiology is an advantage. As a person, you are structured, service-oriented, and can handle multiple parallel tasks. You have a broad communicative ability. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
