The Local Management Unit, which is part of the Property Department within the Infrastructure and Service Administration, is responsible for the operation and maintenance of properties. The department has a clear impact on how our citizens and visitors experience their daily lives, whether it concerns work, school, or leisure activities in community facilities.
The section is responsible for the operation of approximately 660,000 square meters of commercial and residential space. To meet future challenges, we are now looking for an engaged and responsible employee for a parental leave substitute for 12 months with the possibility of extension. We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to our operations while developing in a trust-based organization. Job responsibilities
As a property manager, you will have a varied job that combines technology, economics, and administration. You will be responsible for both long-term planning and daily issues related to your property portfolio. The work is varied and developing. You will be part of a team where collaboration and knowledge exchange are central. The job responsibilities include, among others:
- Communication and collaboration with tenants, suppliers, framework agreement partners, and colleagues
- Responsibility for and preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and maintenance plans
- Invoice management
- Responsible for conducting tenant meetings at the operational level
- Ensure that regulatory requirements are met and followed in assigned properties
- Act as an orderer towards contractors
- In dialogue with tenants, carry out business adaptations and planned maintenance
- Work with energy optimization in assigned properties
- Participate in and carry out inspections
- Prepare materials and write memos for decommissioning
- Reinvestments according to annual schedules
- Executor of declarations
- Involved in procurements, requirement specifications, and evaluations of framework agreements
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with experience in property management and/or a relevant degree at the university or college level. You are driven and structured and enjoy working both strategically and operationally. Good collaboration skills and high social competence are qualities we value in you. You are also curious, solution-oriented, and engaged in creating solutions that benefit future generations. We expect you to have good computer skills and experience in documentation and analysis. It is an advantage if you have good knowledge of regulatory requirements, contractual issues, fire protection, and maintenance planning related to properties. Experience in property economics, project management, and/or work leadership is also a plus, as well as specific knowledge in property technology, construction technology, and technical installations.
