Job Responsibilities

As the head of the Strategy and Investment Department, you will lead the work on the long-term development of the electricity grid in Boden. In your role, societal transformation, regulatory requirements, and the group's strategic priorities will be central starting points for both your work and your leadership.

You are responsible for ensuring that investment plans, strategies, and analyses align with the group's goals, applicable regulations, and future needs. By working closely with other departments and internal and external stakeholders, you ensure that we can meet the extensive expansion currently taking place in Boden and contribute to a sustainable and robust development of the infrastructure.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• A Master's degree in engineering or another relevant engineering education.
• Documented experience in strategic asset management, preferably with a focus on long-term development and efficient resource use.
• At least three years of experience as a manager, where you have successfully led and developed employees.
• Experience in a leading position within a relevant industry, with a good understanding of complex technical operations.
• A valid driver's license (B).

It is advantageous if you have:

• Knowledge and practical experience of management systems according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
