During approximately eight introductory weeks, you will participate in a well-thought-out program with practical elements, guidance, and theory in a real environment – get a rocket start into a professional role with security, development, and longevity.

Information about the position

Professionals Nord is now launching this successful program for the fifth time. Through this initiative, we contribute to shaping the next generation of drivers together with Granbergs Buss. During the introduction, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in vehicle management, traffic safety, and logistics flows, as well as receive support in obtaining your D driving license and the certificates required to work as a bus driver.

You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Granbergs Buss for at least 12 months. The goal is that you will then be offered a permanent position directly with Granbergs Buss, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration. Information about the introductory period

During the introductory weeks, you will receive a safe and structured start in your professional life as a bus driver. The program is based on a combination of theory, practice, and guidance where you will develop in areas such as vehicle knowledge, traffic safety, customer interaction, and driving tasks in a real environment. The purpose is to provide you with all the tools you need to feel secure in the role – from the first drive to independent responsibility on the roads in Norrbotten.

• First day at Granbergs Buss: After the introduction, approximately April 27

• Location: The introduction will take place on-site in Luleå

About the role of bus driver

As a bus driver at Granbergs Buss, your tasks will include:

• Driving scheduled and charter traffic within Norrbotten
• Service and customer interaction – you are the company's face to the public
• Safety checks of vehicles before driving
• Collaboration with traffic management and colleagues for smooth operations

We are looking for someone who

Requirements for the position

• B driving license
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Ability to work varying hours (day, evening, weekend)

Authorization D and professional competence certificate will be obtained during the introductory period.
