We are looking for a technically interested service desk employee who speaks Danish, Swedish, and English to join our client's driven team!

Do you have an eye for IT, a calm and secure demeanor, and the willingness to provide users with world-class support? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

About the role:

As a service desk employee, you will be the first point of contact for a user who needs assistance. The incoming contacts will come from employees within the company we support. You will:

  • Assist users with technical questions and challenges via phone, email, and chat.
  • Read knowledge articles and follow procedures and processes, as well as register and follow up on cases in a system.
  • Troubleshoot, guide, and solve problems – always with a professional and pedagogical approach.
  • Work in various systems and tools – experience with systems is an advantage.
  • Collaborate closely with your team and other departments to ensure high customer satisfaction and continuous improvements.

Meritorious

  • Experience in technical work.
  • Experience with ServiceNow ticket system.
  • Familiarity with various environments.

Start date: By agreement

Scope; Full-time, 40 hours a week, scheduled between 06:45-15:45 or 08:00-17:00 with a 45-minute lunch and a 15-minute break.

Employment; Permanent with an initial probationary period.

Location: Stockholm or Sundsvall.
