About the Position

As a customer support representative, you will be a key person in providing our corporate clients with the best possible service. You will have daily contact with customers via phone and email, where you will assist with transport bookings, general inquiries about our partners' warehousing, and preparations for inventories. To deliver the best service, you will also collaborate closely with colleagues in the warehouse, account managers, and operations managers.

About You

We are looking for someone with a strong commitment to service and who always strives to help customers in the best way possible. To succeed in this role, you should be solution-oriented, meticulous, and structured. You have good computer skills and are comfortable learning new systems quickly. It is also important that you enjoy phone contact and can express yourself well in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. We are looking for a positive and flexible employee who is not afraid of change and enjoys challenges.

We want you to have:

- Previous experience in customer contact and/or administrative work

- Previous experience in 3PL, warehousing, or logistics

- It is a plus if you have experience in freight, hazardous goods, or relevant education in the field

Location: Åstorp

Working hours: 08:00-17:00 / 07:00-16:00

Scope: Full-time
