Our Operations

The Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (BUP) is a cutting-edge section. Here we meet children and adolescents up to 18 years old and their families. We work based on evidence-based methods and standardized care processes and place great emphasis on high-quality care, care development, and research. At the clinic in Enköping, there are currently doctors, specialist nurses, and secretaries working. The department manager and administrator are on site one day a week. To ensure that patients receive good care and treatment, we now wish to hire three psychologists. We are conducting a targeted improvement work in care and are actively working to improve and develop the staff's working environment. The employees at the clinic are open, positive, competent, and ambitious, which makes it easy to come as a new employee to the clinic.

Your Assignment

We are now looking for three psychologists for the BUP clinic in Enköping. The work as a psychologist means that you, together with others in the team, work with the treatment of children and adolescents and their families. Continuous collaboration with parents and care neighbors is a natural part of the work. The work also includes collaboration with BUP's other operations, schools, and social services. Being a psychologist at Akademiska sjukhuset is an exciting job where you meet people in many different situations. You will also become part of a skilled team that supports and helps each other while you will work independently. Here you can expect a varied job with challenging tasks.

Your Qualifications

You are a licensed psychologist. It is an advantage if you have experience working with children and youth. You enjoy working in interprofessional teams and want to contribute to the clinic's work and routines developing positively.

You always put the patient in focus and are responsible and motivated in your work. You are not only a skilled psychologist but also an engaged and positive colleague who contributes to a good working environment. If you combine this with curiosity and meticulousness, you may be the right fit for us.

We Offer

We offer a permanent position. As a new employee with us, you will receive a mentor. The work is scheduled during daytime on weekdays. You will work on-site at the clinic Monday to Wednesday. On Thursday and Friday, you will work from home with video visits, phone follow-ups, and administration. You will work in a team with wonderful colleagues.

Before employment, according to routine, extracts from the suspicion and criminal record will be taken out.
