About the Workplace

Luthagens healthcare center is a clinic with about 30 employees and approximately 8700 registered patients.

Our work is characterized by short decision-making paths, high engagement, good collaboration, and a strong desire to develop and provide primary care of the highest quality. Our goal is to always provide safe and secure care with high availability and the best service.

We have a broad competence with many different professional groups such as general practitioners, district nurses, nurses, diabetes nurses, asthma and COPD nurses, nursing assistants, dietitians, psychologists, social workers, physiotherapists, and rehabilitation coordinators.

Job Responsibilities

As a nursing assistant in our laboratory, you are part of the hub of the operation. Here you will have a fun and varied job in close collaboration with the rest of us at the clinic. You will primarily take samples, perform certain analyses, and handle taken samples according to procedures.

Your work will also include performing EKGs, bladder scans, and blood pressure measurements, as well as conducting quality controls.

Depending on your previous experience and knowledge, as well as the needs of the operation, other tasks may also become relevant.

Qualifications

You have worked for a few years as a nursing assistant and have good experience in venipuncture. It is advantageous if you have previous experience working in a laboratory in primary care and have worked in Cosmic and FlexLab. You have very good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.

Personal Qualities

We are looking for you, a nursing assistant with commitment, drive, and flexibility who primarily wants to work with sample collection in our laboratory. You enjoy patient contact and can meet people based on their needs. You are confident and independent in your role and take responsibility for your tasks.

There are periods of high pressure with us. Therefore, it is important that you can handle stress and still provide good service and a pleasant demeanor to both patients and colleagues while maintaining quality and safety. If you are also someone who quickly sees what you can do to help where needed, you might be the one we are looking for. We place great importance on personal suitability.
