Seasonal gardener March - October

Working in gardening with us at Poseidon is a versatile teamwork, led by our environmental guardians. Here, you and your colleagues will contribute to beautiful and clean courtyards where our tenants feel comfortable and secure. The job includes mowing lawns, weeding, planting summer flowers, operating and maintaining our machines and tools, working with waste, and keeping our environmental rooms tidy. Your presence in our courtyards also makes them safer for tenants.

Listening, proactive, and tenant-focused

We are looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors in a group, with practical and physical tasks – and who takes a natural, engaged responsibility both in contact with tenants and colleagues. You must be at least 18 years old, hold at least an AM driving license or tractor license, and a B driving license is an advantage. If you have experience in gardening, it is a plus, and if you have completed a gardening education, that is a merit. The important thing is that you want to contribute and be an extra force in our courtyards – for the benefit of our tenants.

As a person, you are proactive and a good listener – and you thrive both in taking your own initiatives and working together for the team and the tenants. You have a good sense of people and see good service as an important and natural part of your role.
