Who are we?

The home care service area consists of fourteen home care units, a night unit, an alarm unit, a service unit, and an administrative staff.

We are now looking for a team leader for home care, based at unit 9. The unit is organized into two areas: Skåre and Råtorp.

The team leader role is a temporary assignment where you have the opportunity to combine your role as a nursing assistant or caregiver with a coordinating role for the work team. Employees recruited for the position of team leader are permanently employed as nursing assistants/caregivers in the home care staffing unit. The team leader serves as an important link between the unit manager and the work team.

What does the job entail?

As a team leader, your main task is planning and coordinating efforts for our care recipients. The implementation of work with a fixed care contact is ongoing within home care, and you as a team leader play a crucial role in creating good continuity in planning.

The team leader also has an important role in leading and guiding their colleagues continuously in their work. The planning of assignments from clients takes place in our operational systems Treserva, TES, and Heroma. You will have close cooperation with the unit manager, the other team leader in the unit, and many contacts with other important professionals for the work, as well as contacts regarding the care recipient.

The team leader works 40 hours per week with scheduled working hours Monday to Friday, off on public holidays and light holiday days.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience in care work within home care who sees medical HSL tasks as a natural and integrated part of the job. The position requires that you have the ability and willingness to receive delegation from a licensed nurse for tasks such as medication management and related efforts.

Good computer skills are a must, and if you have experience working administratively in our operational systems, this is an advantage. To succeed in the role, you should enjoy having many contacts, be methodical, structured, flexible, and have well-developed communication skills.

As a person, you are proactive and have an independent working style. The assignment is broad and requires you to relate to people in a responsive manner and have the ability to see the whole picture. It is advantageous if you have a driver's license. We will place great emphasis on personal qualities.
