The nurses in special housing are organized under the health and medical care operations within the care administration.

We have eight units in special housing with different focuses such as dementia care, high care, respite care, and short-term care.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The position involves a schedule of 38:15 hours/week, which means you work daytime Monday-Friday, including public holidays that fall on these days.

As a nurse within the municipality, you work closely with both nursing staff, other licensed personnel, and various actors from the region. You have great flexibility in your workday as you can control and plan the tasks to be performed. You see the whole picture in the patients' medical care and make priorities based on current needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

You must have a nursing license and preferably experience in municipal health and medical care.

Very good oral and written skills in Swedish and a valid driver's license B are required.

Experience with Lifecare is an advantage.

It is important that you can work independently and prioritize your tasks. An important task is to guide staff in nursing and medical issues, which you should be able to do in a coaching and positive manner.

To fit the position, you should be able to:

• consider the patient's current and future needs when decisions are made.
