On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for a cost estimator in Stockholm. The assignment is expected to start on 2025-12-15 and last until 2026-01-31, with the possibility of extension. 

About the assignment One of the client's properties will undergo a plumbing replacement and technical upgrades. Cost estimation based on the developed system documentation, the estimate should be divided into items provided by the client for further handling. The estimate should be delivered in writing and then presented orally to the client.

The assignment includes the preparation of an estimate for the entire project. The estimate should be structured according to the client's requirements for different parts, and a review with the client is required before starting. Documentation is available in the client's project database Antura. The supplier will be granted access to Antura after a signed agreement.

The documents available as a basis are a request for proposal at the system documentation level. The documentation has been prepared to perform calculations and to procure a general contractor. About you We are looking for someone who meets the following mandatory requirements:

• Bidders must have worked on similar projects in the last 5 years.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
