We are looking for an experienced team leader and project manager who wants to be involved in building the consulting company of the future and a winning design team within the process industry! You will work alongside colleagues with solid knowledge and experience in product development, project management, and design, and together with them create the conditions for success in the region. The work can be performed both independently and in teams, and if you have the ability and desire to educate and lead colleagues, there are opportunities for this. You have relevant technical education at the university or engineering level or have acquired equivalent competence through work experience with a focus on project management and coordination. You have extensive experience and a large network of contacts within customers in the process industry. To succeed with us, you need to be able to translate challenges into real improvements for the customer. You need to be business-minded and driven, as well as careful to deliver high quality and what the customer demands. You are good at administration and appreciate working together with others and leading them in their work. Good knowledge of both Swedish and English is required in both speech and writing.
