Within the Business Unit Tech, approximately 220 employees work with technical property operations and management. Through knowledge, creativity, and collaboration, we create better conditions for smarter property management, where the whole is the focus.

Job Responsibilities

• Be responsible for and independently troubleshoot and resolve issues within various types of properties. This includes ongoing maintenance work, renovations and new installations, repairs, handling of operational disturbances, etc.
• Provide suggestions for improvements and changes
• Independently manage communication and feedback to colleagues, clients, and tenants
• Collaborate with other operational staff and specialists at CBRE
• Travel to other locations may occur

Who are you?

You have:

• At least 3 years of experience as a certified plumbing installer
• Extensive experience in service work
• Good knowledge of the interaction between all installations within a building
• Experience of independent work in various types of properties
• Driver's license (B)
