Within the Business Unit Tech, approximately 220 employees work with technical property management and operations. Through knowledge, creativity, and collaboration, we create better conditions for smarter property management, where the whole is the focus.

We collaborate with global and local clients across various sectors and industries. The role of project manager involves driving/participating in projects on-site with clients, primarily based in Stockholm. Travel may occur to other locations as needed for project support to our clients or colleagues.

Responsibilities

As a project manager with us, you will have the privilege of managing multiple projects simultaneously of varying sizes and scopes, where you will have daily contact with your CBRE colleagues, clients, and suppliers. In your role as project manager, you will identify and develop project opportunities and plan and execute everything from property adaptations to office projects and installation projects. You will prevent and manage risks in the projects. You will be responsible for project management against established quality, budget, and timeline plans.

You will ensure the quality and value of the project for the business, as well as that the projects comply with the client contract. As a person, you are skilled at understanding the client's needs and adapting to changes, as well as handling various situations that may arise.

As a project manager, you are responsible for ensuring that both subcontractors' and CBRE's deliveries are executed according to established processes and meet local requirements and regulations. You should have a general understanding of the technical aspects of a property in terms of ventilation, earthworks, cooling, electricity, construction, and plumbing.

You who are applying have/are:

• 2-4 years of experience in project management or equivalent experience
• Relevant post-secondary education in project management and construction law, Bas P and U are meritorious
• Experience working closely with clients and driving client dialogue
• Experience in leading contractors
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Background in electrical work is a plus
• Driving license B
