Responsibilities

We are looking for a service team leader for our office in Stockholm, as our current leader is moving on to other tasks within the organization. As a team leader, you will lead and distribute work within the group. This includes supporting and engaging employees, conducting employee and salary discussions, coordinating meetings, and performing checks. Administrative tasks such as preparing assignments in our service system, quotes, and preparing for invoicing are also included. Since the service department is our face to the customers, you will play an important role in maintaining and developing our customer relationships. You will be based at our office in Stockholm, but business trips may occur.

Qualifications

We believe you have experience from a leading or coordinating role previously. Experience in the elevator industry is a plus but not a requirement. We are looking for a team player who is meticulous, resilient, and has a structured approach to work. It is important that you have good leadership qualities and the ability to motivate your employees and lead the group effectively. The role of team leader requires quick decisions and actions, so it is important that you enjoy working problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

You are attentive to your employees as well as to the customer's needs and have an easy time establishing long-term relationships and building trust. There are many points of contact, so it is important that you enjoy having multiple social interactions both internally and externally.
