Our Operations

Since 2018, the hospital has had nursing assistant-staffed places at Hotel Von Kraemer, known as care-near hotel places. When patients do not require inpatient hospital care but still need some assistance and support, the care-near hotel is an excellent alternative. We have 13 care-near hotel rooms that are staffed around the clock by a nursing assistant. Patients staying in these rooms are admitted to receive various types of treatment. This can involve both pre- and post-operative care, patients undergoing radiation therapy, etc. We have close collaboration with various departments/clinics within the hospital.

Your Mission

As a nursing assistant at the care-near hotel, you will support a maximum of 13 patients. Your duties include helping patients to and from the hospital for their treatments/appointments, providing nursing interventions such as wound dressings and catheter flushing, as well as preparing for surgery. You will also have some administrative tasks such as receiving bookings and keeping statistics on these.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant with several years of experience. Previous experience working in a specialized inpatient care department is an advantage. Personal suitability is highly valued.

Your Competence

You are calm, attentive, and accommodating in your interactions. You work with a service-oriented mindset and have an interest and willingness to help others. Furthermore, you always put the patient at the center and see the overall picture surrounding them. You take responsibility for your tasks, work in a structured manner, and feel secure in your role, capable of working independently.
