ABOUT THE ROLE

As a mortgage officer, you will be the hub between the customer (the borrower), real estate agents, and banks. We collaborate with several leading mortgage banks, and you will act as the customer’s advisor throughout the process – from the first contact to the completed mortgage.

Your main tasks:

• Advising and guiding customers based on their individual needs
• Assessing and managing mortgage cases
• Actively collaborating with banks, agents, and internal teams
• Contributing ideas and insights that develop our service

You will be part of a dedicated team of mortgage officers working closely together to achieve common goals. The role reports to the nearest team leader.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO HAS

• Swedsec license
• At least one year of experience as a mortgage officer

We believe you are a driven and results-oriented person who builds trust through clear and secure communication. You are structured and organized but also thrive in a flexible environment where a lot is happening.

You work independently but are eager to collaborate when needed, and you easily absorb new knowledge. Above all, you have customer service in your blood and are passionate about creating excellent customer experiences – something that is central to us.

OTHER

The position is a permanent employment with a six-month probationary period. Start date is according to agreement.
