Are you a care assistant looking to work with us in modern facilities with a clear focus on the elderly? We are now looking for two new colleagues, warmly welcome your application!

About the Workplace

Mejeriet is Vaggeryd Municipality's newest special accommodation. Here you will find open spaces and new welfare technology gathered under one roof! We are now looking for new colleagues. At Mejeriet, there are both regular departments and an LSS department, and we work with joint planning throughout the building.

Job Responsibilities

As a care assistant at Mejeriet, you will have the opportunity to work with varied tasks in a new way.

You will work with residents who have a wide range of care and support needs. With your ideas and new technological solutions, you will help create conditions for our residents to thrive and have a rich and secure everyday life. The role includes case management and documentation in the operational system. You will administer medication and perform health care tasks. Mejeriet gives us the opportunity to think innovatively, and for us, the whole is important. With new ways of thinking and the courage to do things differently, you will be offered a job with variety!

We are looking for two employees, one for a permanent position and one for a temporary position until approximately November 2026.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a care assistant, preferably with professional experience in healthcare.

You have a genuine interest in people and a desire to develop both yourself and the organization.

As a person, you are driven and see solutions and opportunities in the challenges you face. You have the ability to create trust and good relationships with residents, relatives, and colleagues. Systems, technology, and digital solutions are natural for you to work with. Together with colleagues, you are expected to work on continuous improvements that increase the quality for the entire organization, both for residents and staff.

Additional Information

This recruitment process includes interviews, reference checks, and extracts from the criminal record. Ongoing selection and appointment may be applied.

For any interview, you need to bring your passport/national ID and possibly proof of residence permit if you have citizenship outside the EU/EEA. This is to ensure your identity and confirm that you have the right to work in Sweden.
