I am a 36-year-old guy who enjoys music, daily walks, good food, outings, and visits to the swimming pool.

As my assistant, you are an organized person, and it is a plus if you have experience in personal assistance and autism. To thrive in this job, you should be genuinely interested in working with people, able to remain calm in stressful situations, and attentive to my needs. Good physical fitness is important for you to manage the job.

Since there is double assistance, you will sometimes work together with one of my other assistants. It is important that you can collaborate with both of us, focusing on me and my needs.

You will assist me with what I would do myself without my disability, in the way I wish. Being my personal assistant is qualified and responsible work. It requires maturity and the ability to empathize with another person's situation. Your workplace is wherever I am.

As a team leader for me, you are the hub of my assistance. You plan and organize the daily work, ensure staffing works, and handle scheduling and substitutes. You are the link between me, my assistants, and the office, and you have an overall responsibility to ensure that the assistance always meets my needs and complies with applicable laws and guidelines.

In the role of team leader, you will:- Ensure staffing with staffing managers- Recruit and onboard new assistants effectively- Work with systematic work environment efforts

Working hours: I am looking for someone who is flexible and can work days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Your employment will be on a scheduled basis.
