Viklinik Health Center in Lund has been operational for 4 years by spring 2026 and has been ranked highest in Lund and among the very highest in Skåne in SKR's National Patient Survey - 3 years in a row!

Currently, we have about 45 employees, of which 2 full-time nursing assistants, and we now need to expand with one more colleague in the nursing department to do even more. The nursing department today consists of 2 very experienced colleagues who know the job inside out and will welcome you as a new colleague in the best possible way.

Viklinik Health Center takes care of about 10,000 Lund residents' health and continues to grow rapidly with about 60 - 80 new patients choosing to register with us each month.

With long-term thinking and preventive measures, we offer healthier care for our patients where we want to increase participation in their health and reduce the need for care in the long run. Preventive measures such as physical activity, rehabilitation, health schools, counseling, dietary advice, etc. are in focus to keep individuals healthy and well-being. We offer patients care that is both preventive and curative, and here you as a nursing assistant are a central part of the recurring contacts and relationships with the patients.

As a nursing assistant, you have:

  • Primary care experience
  • Good sampling habits, PMO & E-lab knowledge
  • A willingness to work with minor wound dressings.
  • Blood pressure monitoring, including orthostatic & 24 h.
  • ECG monitoring.
  • Assisting in minor surgeries, stitches & clips
  • Supervision of students
  • Hygiene responsibility
  • Some ordering responsibility for materials, etc.
  • It is an advantage if you have previously had delegation for e.g. catheter insertion and vaccination.

As a person, you have:

  • High work ethic
  • Are meticulous and punctual
  • Social competence, a good sense of humor, and enjoy building relationships with patients and colleagues.

You should embrace change and development as a person and have a significant role in how the health center will work with your skills. You will largely influence your job description based on personal wishes and motivations together with the health center's needs.

We invest in a person more than a CV and value personal suitability and that you fit into our existing team at the clinic, but the experience we are looking for in the ad is a requirement.

You must be fluent in both Swedish and English.

Working Hours: At least 75% but preferably 100%.

Salary: According to agreement.
