We are looking for an experienced personal assistant who has a strong commitment to working pedagogically. He is 26 years old and has autism and an intellectual disability. He needs assistants for support and help with daily tasks, communication, and to engage in activities in the best way possible. You need to be in good physical shape as he enjoys moving around and goes for several long walks each day.

In this job, there are days filled with laughter and fun, but also occasions where your role is to prevent and manage frustrations and problem-causing situations. Therefore, it is important to always be attentive to the client's well-being and to be adaptable in different environments. Assisting in interpreting, explaining, and conveying the surroundings is of great importance. This position also includes supporting him with all daily chores.

You need to have the following qualities/interests:

• Enjoy being outdoors
• Be imaginative and creative
• Be able to remain calm in all situations
• Be able to write, understand, and speak fluent Swedish as daily documentation is required

This position is a part-time employment, but there is also the possibility to work after the summer. The working hours are varied, with shifts scheduled during the day, afternoon, evening, and weekends.
