In the municipality of Eslöv, you will find the tranquility of a small town, proximity to nature, and a vibrant countryside, but also access to culture and business offerings. Here is the Tåbelund Health Center, which is also one of the health centers that has won the prestigious Glass Apple, a fine award for well-functioning operations. We currently have about 50 employees who take care of our 11,500 registered patients. Our health center is well-functioning and well-staffed, offering our patients a wide range of healthcare services.

Together with the municipality of Eslöv and the maternal health care of Region Skåne, we also run the Family House for children and families in Eslöv. It is a valued and well-functioning operation with many visitors from Eslöv and surrounding areas. We also run a child health clinic (BVC).

With us, there is a high ceiling and we enjoy each other's company. We actively work on the development and improvement of the operations where development is pursued both at the organizational and individual level.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In this recruitment, we are addressing those who already have employment within Region Skåne.

In the role of nurse or district nurse, you will work with triage, acute assessments, telephone advice, and possibly work at the district nurse's clinic and specialized clinics.

The working hours are scheduled for weekdays.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed nurse with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare, preferably with specialist training as a district nurse. Language skills in Swedish at least corresponding to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale are required.

If you have experience in clinic operations and your own clinic at a health center, we see it as an advantage for the position. It is also advantageous if you have training in triage, motivational interviewing, functional training in diabetes or asthma, training in wound care, incontinence, smoking cessation, or other interesting training. Knowledge of the PMO journal system is also considered beneficial.
